Shipping and Payment Terms

1. Shipping conditions

1.1 Shipping conditions for shipping within Germany

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery on account is made to the delivery address within Germany which was advised by the customer. Information about the presumed delivery time applies from the date of order confirmation and is non-binding unless a specific delivery date has been explicitly guaranteed by us.

Transport damage must be noticed immediately upon delivery of the goods, properly reported to the freight forwarder, and specified on the delivery note. Complaints made later cannot be accepted.

For orders for less than 100,00 EUR excl. German VAT (119,00 EUR incl. German VAT), we charge a one-time handling charge in the amount of € 10,00 excl. German VAT (11,90 EUR incl. German VAT), which will be shown separately during the order process and on the invoice.

Assembly services for selected products, if requested by the customer, will be invoiced separately.

1.2 Shipping conditions for shipping outside of Germany

The delivery terms stated in section 1.1 shall not apply for delivery outside Germany. Conditions for the export of products must be agreed individually with each customer. The terms of export are available on request.

2. Terms of payment

2.1 Invoice payment:

The total invoice amount is payable without deductions within 14 days of the invoice date.
